HISTORY OF SUCCESS

The company was incorporated as a legal entity YARS & Co in 2008. It started its activity as a qualified supplier of ESS Support Services LLP (service partner company of TengizСhevrOil).

YARS & Co was incorporated in 2008. ESS Support Services LLP became the first strategic customer. In 2011, the Company manged to enter the supplier pool of TengizChevrOil.

The Company continued to expand its customer portfolio and became an official dealer of STACO. In addition, a regional warehouse was opened in Atyrau. In 2014, YARS & Co LLP successfully passed the qualification procedure of the industry leaders, including PSN Kazstroi and gained new clients such as Senimdi Kurylys.

YARS & Co LLP was certified to ISO:9001-2008 standard, which confirmed its qualitative growth. The Company also sponsored a team of children from Orphanage No. 1, taking them to the children's sailing regatta of the international charity movement Kids for Freedom. The same year, YARS signed its first contract with KazMinerals LLP, the largest copper, gold and silver producer in Kazakhstan.

YARS & Co LLP was pre-qualified and became a permanent supplier for the North Caspian Operating Company. Also at that time the European branch of the company in Germany - YARS Europe GmbH was founded, which allowed to accelerate the delivery of European equipment and reduce prices for customers.

YARS & Co LLP won a bid under TengizChevrOil LLP's BPA system for the supply of HVAC equipment and signed the 5-year contract. In addition, the Company launched its own production of lockouts for valves and gate valves.

The Company YARS & Co LLP set a new record in turnover and profit in its history, which is more than 1.200 billion KZT.

The Company started its operation on the tender sites of public procurement in Kazakhstan and successfully signed contracts with such major customers as KEGOC JSC, ANPZ LLP and Kazakhstan-China Pipeline Plant LLP. In addition, the company became a supplier to Karachaganak Petroleum Operating, the third largest oil operator in Kazakhstan.

The Company continued its successful operation despite the COVID-19 pandemic and its total sales of all goods amounted to more than 1 billion KZT. The Company launched its own production of FVP-3 brand air panel filters and held several charitable events, including the supply of disposable overalls to the Atyrau hospital.

The Company received CT KZ certificate for air filters of own production and obtained several new dealer certificates for products of such brands as EBM PAPST, Systemair, Teplosvet and TTK Building.

TengizChevrOil LLP engineers assessed the quality of air filters manufactured by YARS & Co and confirmed the high quality of the product. TCO also extended the BPA long-term contract for HVAC equipment supply. The Company also added some new brands such as Hylomar, Filters, Ultratech, HARRIS and ARMACELL to its dealership portfolio.
